This twin vulcanizing press is designed for vulcanizing various rubber and plastic molds. Ideal for petroleum industry applications including production of sealing components.
Structural Features
  • Composed of hot plates, platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and electrical control system
  • Optional push-pull mold device for easy mold movement
  • Plates constructed from welded Q235 steel with mechanical ball blast rust removal and zinc-rich coating
  • Hot plates made from 35# steel with double scale rolling and automatic steam temperature control
  • Platforms feature automatic cutting, mechanical slicing, and CO₂ gas shielded welding
  • Hydro-cylinder uses ZG270-500 with piston stroke from hard cold chilled alloy cast iron
  • Double sealing ring with dustproof ring for extended service life
  • PLC automatic control system with manual operation capability
